Unique sliding toe bridge allows toe to drop to the ice to relieve pressure on ankles and lower back - enabling a wider butterfly. Outside toe extended longer to increase coverage of the net in the butterfly position. Enhanced anatomically correct knee break includes outer roll and medial roll. Knee and shin cradle incorporate Anatomical Relief (A.R.) to increase comfort and protection. Thigh board is integrated with inside knee protection. Extra thick knee riser stabilizes pad and enable pad to sit flat and close five-hole in the butterly. Medial roll runs up the entire inside edge of pad face to seal the ice surface from pucks.
